You will manage work items and lead a small IT team within the liquidity and collateral management domain.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of assigned work items and project deliverables.
• Manage and mentor junior team members through direct training.
• Lead a small IT team to ensure project objectives are met.
• Proactively identify and address requirements within the functional domain.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with MS PowerPoint for reporting.
• Domain expertise in Liquidity Risk Management.
• Domain expertise in Collateral Management.
• Ability to manage and train junior staff.
• Any Graduate degree.
