Description

You will bridge the gap between Front-office Sales, Trading, Quants, and Technology teams to deliver Agricultural financial and physical trade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and technical constraints.
• Capture and document detailed requirements for Agricultural financial, physical trades, listed, OTC, and funding products.
• Collaborate with development resources to estimate effort and define delivery timelines within a Scrum context.
• Define test cases and validate features before release to production to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support production environments and assist in resolving critical incidents post-go-live.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial trading or commodities markets.
• Strong understanding of Agricultural commodities market dynamics and exchange mechanisms (ICE, CBOT, CME).
• Demonstrated expertise in Derivatives and OTC products (Futures, Forwards, Averages, Options).
• Practical knowledge of physical business operations including leasing, financing, and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with Endur and/or Murex modules, including static data, market data (Curves), contracts, and trade templates.
• Ability to write SQL statements for analytical work and data extraction.
• Proficient in Excel for analysis and reporting (formulas, pivots, macros).
• Working experience with Jira and Scrum boards for project tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of simulation, EOD processes, and data ingestion workflows.
• Familiarity with agricultural-specific trade lifecycle events.
