Description

You will own requirements management and process improvement for Workforce and Employer Portal systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document stakeholder requirements for system enhancements.
• Analyze WIOA program business processes to recommend actionable improvements.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Liaise between program staff and IT development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Manage UAT, conduct functional and regression testing, and resolve issues before deployment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in requirements management, including functional, non-functional, UI, and UX documentation.
• 7+ years of experience using Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies to capture business needs.
• 7+ years of experience in business process modeling using swim lanes, entity diagrams, and Visio.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis using SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel.
• 7+ years of experience in problem-solving to define and implement business solutions.
• 5 years of experience in quality assurance analysis, testing, and validating requirements.
• 5 years of experience with IIBA, Six Sigma, or DMAIC methodologies.
• 1 year of experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Subject7, or Mabl.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
