Description

You will lead requirements discovery and design Salesforce solutions to meet specific business, functional, and technological needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customer business and technical needs.
• Synthesize requirements into user stories and solution design documentation.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements.
• Design Salesforce solutions using configuration, managed packages, complex data models, and business process automation.
• Develop training curriculum and deliver sessions to end users.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience administering or consulting with Salesforce.
• Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering.
• Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements.
• Experience performing data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce.
• Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
• Understanding of B2B, B2C, and hybrid business models.
• Understanding of user-centered design and design thinking concepts.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• Experience with nCino and MuleSoft.
