Description

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within the fixed income and equities securities processing domain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functions, and processes to drive technical and non-technical solutions.
• Translate detailed business requirements into technical specifications for developer teams.
• Coordinate solution workshops and oversee the testing phase, including creating test plans and user sign-off criteria.
• Evaluate tactical and strategic approaches while providing cost and timeframe estimates.
• Participate in new architectural design in alignment with IS strategy.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least half in investment banking focused on securities and cash products (Equity and Fixed Income Settlement and Clearance).
• Deep knowledge of trading and brokerage operations, including front-to-back processing.
• Experience working within a technology team using Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for creating queries.
• Advanced ability to document requirements for front office, accounting, finance, and risk stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Broadridge applications (BPSp/IMPACT/FinancePraDLR).
• Experience with XML, JSON, and PowerBI.
