Description

You will manage the administration, enhancement, and integration of Sales and CRM systems for the Sales Tech team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed business and data analysis, including data mapping and conversion.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and end-user documentation.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy.
• Resolve system issues and support global production response.
• Collaborate with technical groups on application security and system design.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience writing business user requirements and functional specifications.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Platform.
• Strong data query, analysis, and data modeling abilities.
• Working knowledge of the software development and system implementation life cycle.
• Understanding of client-server, database, and technical architecture concepts.
• Experience with data integration and mapping.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical end users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau and other Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of Jira for agile development.
