Description

You will support an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, interviews, and process reviews to gather and validate business requirements.
• Analyze current-state business processes to identify improvements aligned with S/4HANA capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications, technical specifications, and user stories.
• Manage the migration of business processes from BPC ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• Integrate SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise transformation or ERP implementations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, BPC ECC, or SAC.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and BPC ECC.
• Strong understanding of enterprise financial processes and reporting practices.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Ability to produce BA artifacts including BRDs, process maps, and user stories.
• Proven skill in stakeholder engagement and requirement elicitation.
