Description

You will own the requirements lifecycle from gathering through to validation in enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering via workshops, interviews, and cross-functional sessions.
• Produce documentation including BRDs, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare impact analysis for change requests, assessing risks and dependencies.
• Drive consensus among IT, QA, Operations, and Business Leadership.
• Partner with project teams for release planning, risk assessment, and go-live readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis to ensure specifications are clear and testable.
• Decompose high-level capabilities into atomic features and user stories.
• Apply design thinking principles to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
• Establish and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability for governance.
• Translate operational needs into precise, testable system specifications.
• Assist with defect analysis and participate in defect triage meetings.
