Description

You will act as a technical Subject Matter Expert for application development and vendor implementation projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements with business and technical teams.
• Design systems and plan solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop, test, and ensure quality assurance for applications.
• Support vendor system implementations from initiation through go-live and maintenance.
• Provide day-to-day support, issue analysis, and resolution for existing applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a software development background.
• Mandatory prior experience in the utility or energy sector.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and system integrations.
• Experience with vendor-managed solutions.
• Proficiency in Business Analyst methodologies and practices.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in hybrid environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in hybrid environments requiring onsite collaboration.
