You will analyze and optimize financial systems and processes for investment operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and integrations with fund administrators, compliance providers, and market data providers.
• Analyze large data sets, perform transformations, and write SQL queries to support reporting and reconciliation.
• Diagram business processes using Visio or Lucid to map portfolio setup, trade booking, allocation, and monthly closing workflows.
• Apply SDLC methodologies to improve software development and operational efficiency.
• Support portfolio management tools and accounting processes for alternative investments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a technical Business Analyst in hedge funds, private equity, or financial services.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Direct experience writing SQL queries for data analysis and transformations.
• Strong understanding of alternative investments, including private credit, structured products, hedge funds, and derivatives.
• Familiarity with WSO, Geneva, or similar fund administration tools.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and agile project frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master certification.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting.
