You will gather requirements, analyze financial data, and translate business needs into system specifications for wealth management platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements (BRDs), functional requirements (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria through stakeholder workshops and gap analysis.
• Support wealth management domain activities including portfolio management concepts, asset allocation, and investment lifecycle processes.
• Analyze financial data such as client portfolios, performance metrics (ROI, Alpha, Beta), and risk analytics to produce dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications, defining workflows, business rules, and use cases for development teams.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure solution delivery aligns with operational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of wealth management, portfolio management, and financial data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with AI applications in business analysis and financial services.
• Ability to work effectively with Product Owners and cross-functional technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
