You translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring engineering and architecture teams have clear, actionable requirements. You own the lifecycle of requirement documentation, from elicitation to acceptance criteria, bridging the gap between functional objectives and technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to define functional requirements, workflows, and process objectives.
• Convert functional specifications into detailed technical specifications for engineering and architecture teams.
• Analyze system dependencies, data flows, and upstream/downstream impacts using systems thinking.
• Create and maintain requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data models.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, technical handoffs, and sprint planning with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in converting functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in requirement elicitation, documentation, modeling, and change management.
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, QA, and product teams.
• Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical skills with a systems-thinking mindset.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to simplify complexity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with system design concepts, API basics, and data flow principles.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
