Translate business needs into technical specifications and drive process improvements within financial services or technology environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops, converting them into user stories and functional specifications.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify optimization opportunities, developing process maps and recommending transformation initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technology teams, facilitating communication and managing expectations across cross-functional groups.
• Support end-to-end system implementation, including UAT test case preparation, defect tracking, and end-user training.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support project governance and ensure delivered solutions align with compliance and operational standards.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement within financial services or related industries.
• 6+ years of experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements and functional specifications.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience working with SDLC methodologies, including Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• 5+ years of experience supporting system implementations, including UAT, test coordination, and deployment activities.
• Proficiency with business analysis and reporting tools: Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, and Tableau (or similar BI tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into structured solutions.
• 3+ years of experience managing stakeholders and operating in cross-functional delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in financial services, regulated environments, or large-scale enterprise programs.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, process re-engineering, or system modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
