You bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end business requirements, including structured analysis, process design, and use case documentation.
• Translate customer business needs into actionable application and operational requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and resolve conflicts between competing priorities.
• Collaborate across IT and business groups to bring clarity to objectives and requirements.
• Deliver solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
• 1-2 years of experience building workflows with MS Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of Information Security Incidents.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Services industry content lifecycles regarding Risk, Regulatory, Audit, and Knowledge Management.
• Proficiency in UML process and use case definition.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Technical understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence, and multi-tiered distributed applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
