Description

Act as the functional requirements link between customers, development teams, and third parties throughout the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders and sponsors to define business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, detailed test plans, and technical documentation.
• Construct conceptual data models, process flowcharts, and business-focused storyboards.
• Collaborate with development teams to create designs, mockups, and prototypes.
• Manage change requests and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data processing, computer systems, or applications.
• Strong understanding of system design and application programming.
• Proficiency in systems analysis methodology and data management/retrieval techniques.
• Experience with E.D.P. applications and hardware capabilities.
• Ability to document workflows and obtain formal sign-off on specifications.
• Capability to communicate technical design issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing project schedules, resources, and weekly status reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
