Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and process discussions.
• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements for development teams.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support UAT, test-case review, defect tracking, and business validation.
• Perform data analysis and prepare reports/dashboards when required.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with implementation, production support, and post-release validation.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and MS Visio/Lucidchart.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• SQL and basic data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• API/integration understanding.
• Experience in one or more domains such as Healthcare, Banking/Finance, Insurance, Retail, or IT.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP.
