You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver reporting solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and clarify business and reporting requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and reporting requirements for technical teams.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from internal systems and databases.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and executive presentations using Power BI or Tableau.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and lookups.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data extraction and validation.
• Experience with process mapping, business process analysis, and requirements documentation.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting cybersecurity, risk management, or regulatory reporting functions.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Visio, Confluence, Power Query, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
