Description

You will lead business analysis and process optimization within the Appian platform, bridging stakeholder needs with technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Create process maps, BPMN diagrams, and decision models to drive automation and continuous improvement.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery.
• Design end-to-end workflows using Appian Process Modeler, Records, Interfaces (SAIL), and Reports.
• Maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) with full traceability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner proxy.
• Deep expertise in Appian platform components including Process Modeler, SAIL, and integration objects.
• Strong ability to design REST/SOAP API integrations and define KPIs for process monitoring.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Experience collaborating with Appian developers to validate solution design against business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to business and product owners.
• Strong documentation skills for compliance and audit readiness.
