Description

You own weekly operations reporting, month-end financial close support, and operational cost analysis for manufacturing sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish weekly operations reports by extracting data from AM Operating Reports, Work Order Usage Variance, Kronos, and finished goods production logs.
• Perform month-end close tasks including budget vs. actual corrections, inventory adjustments, and production variance reviews.
• Lead operational variance analysis for waste, downtime drivers, and labor utilization to identify cost savings and flag risks.
• Own and maintain end-to-end weekly reporting processes, waste reporting, and overhead budget templates.
• Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver clear financial insights during daily and weekly reviews.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reconciliation, and complex reporting.
• 3–5+ years of experience in operations or plant finance.
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing data systems.
• Hands-on experience with labor systems such as Kronos.
• Strong understanding of production metrics including yield, scrap, and downtime.
• Proficiency in inventory and variance analysis.
• Ability to support multiple manufacturing sites with minimal ramp-up.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience preparing monthly financial slide decks and ETO files.
