Description

Key Responsibilities
✅ Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
✅ Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
✅ Support Waterfall project phases including requirements documentation, approvals, and sign-offs
✅ Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
✅ Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements
✅ Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation
✅ Support testing activities, validation efforts, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required Skills
✔️ 5+ Years of Business Analysis Experience
✔️ Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
✔️ Experience working within DevOps environments
✔️ Hands-on experience with Jira for requirements and project tracking
✔️ Experience using Postman for API testing and validation
✔️ Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD processes
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
