Description

Translate business needs into technical solutions and manage requirements across Agile and Waterfall project lifecycles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements, creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) and support Waterfall phases including approvals and sign-offs.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvements and drive requirements from discovery through delivery.
• Partner with development and QA teams to support testing activities, validation efforts, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for requirements and project tracking.
• Experience using Postman for API testing and validation.
• Familiarity with DevOps environments, including Jenkins and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
