Description

Analyze manufacturing and supply chain operations to drive efficiency and lead continuous improvement projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Examine manufacturing and supply chain effectiveness to determine and lead the scope of improvement projects.
• Support warehouse and packaging activities, including shipping, receiving, and storage optimization.
• Develop, modify, and support business reports and queries for Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Execute new system implementation projects within the Supply Chain department.
• Benchmark internal and external processes to maximize functional and system efficiency.

Required Skills

• Proven project management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and daily responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting across engineering and supply chain functions.
• Willingness to work a 6AM-2PM schedule.
• High School Diploma.

Preferred Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain with a degree in supply chain or APICS certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma training, specifically Green Belt certification.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP systems, or SAP.
