Description

Examine manufacturing and supply chain operations to drive continuous improvement through project leadership and data analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Determine the scope of improvement projects and lead initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Develop reports and analyses to support continuous improvement efforts across operations.
• Support packaging and warehouse activities, focusing on shipping, receiving, and storage optimization.
• Create, modify, and maintain business reports and queries for Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Adhere to safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Proven analytical and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Access.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact across all functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and manage daily responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• 2-5 years of specific experience in supply chain.
• Experience or certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma/Performance Excellence.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
