Description

You will act as the primary link between end-users, technical teams, and management to design and maintain service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Document customer business functions, processes, and system access requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and IT development to ensure technical solutions meet functional requirements.
• Lead process improvement projects by analyzing gaps and designing new workflows and programs.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes for improvement projects and client onboarding.
• Define project scope, create backup plans, and maintain schedules to balance process updates with new client needs.
• Prepare technical reports by gathering and summarizing data trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with software requirements documentation and management.
• Ability to create Flow, Sequence, Use Case, ER, DFD, Activity, Class, State, and Network diagrams.
• Understanding of capital market systems, financial instruments, and market data analysis.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow design.
• Any Graduate degree.
