You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate and optimize existing business workflows and processes.
• Produce structured requirements documentation, user stories, and technical project documentation.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Deep domain expertise in the financial or banking industry.
• Proven track record in requirements elicitation.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across different organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Proficiency with Confluence.
• Ability to prepare both business and technical project documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an Agile environment.
