You will translate business expectations into detailed requirement documentation and user stories.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert business scope into User Story documents and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Elicit requirements and features through direct stakeholder engagement and brainstorming sessions.
• Create wireframes and coordinate with graphic designers to develop user interface screens.
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions with development and testing teams to ensure requirement clarity.
• Maintain traceability matrices and participate in bug triage meetings to capture stakeholder feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, and modeling.
• Proven ability in requirement verification and methodology development.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
• Proficiency with project management software and Windows office systems.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
