You will translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, system designs, and actionable documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Develop system models, diagrams, and charts including DFD, WFD, Use Cases, and User Stories.
• Lead wireframing and prototyping sessions to enhance business processes and information flows.
• Execute testing activities including Use Case testing, Regression analysis, SWOT analysis, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare RFPs, RFQs, and effort estimations to support marketing teams.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in business analysis and requirement transformation.
• Proficiency in creating system models using Entity Relation and UML.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping for process flow enhancement.
• Ability to perform work breakdown and functional documentation for complex requirements.
• Experience conducting in-depth testing and end-user reviews.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks, including daily scrums, retrospectives, burnout charts, and product backlog management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL and MySQL.
• Experience with Git.
