Description

Design, maintain, and govern Business Partner data models, workflows, and templates for large-scale ERP platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and customer lifecycle processes, including creation, enrichment, harmonization, and deactivation.
• Drive vendor harmonization and consolidation initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Coordinate testing, error handling, data conversion, validation, and audit/compliance actions (NC/CAPA).
• Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to processes and templates.
• Prepare metrics and dashboards to track department efficiency and service level agreements.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Master Data Management on large ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA BP tables, roles, and attributes.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Deep knowledge of vendor/customer master data domains and cross-functional dependencies.
• Understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance requirements (GXP, SOX, PII).
• Experience with MDG or other Master Data Governance tools.
• Familiarity with JIRA, DevOps tools, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Exposure to Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
