Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for asset management and investment operations processes.
• Translate business objectives into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze portfolio, investment, and operational data to identify issues, trends, and process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate requirement clarification, issue resolution, and functional validation across business and technology teams.
• Support solution delivery through walkthroughs, user acceptance activities, and implementation readiness reviews.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 12 years of experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, or functional analysis.
• Strong understanding of asset management, investment management, wealth management, or portfolio management processes.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements, create functional documentation, and manage scope throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to interpret business data and work with technology teams on integrations, data flows, and system enhancements.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, PL/SQL, or MySQL.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline
