Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications and optimized business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Map current processes and design new workflows using Microsoft Visio.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and develop dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Create functional specifications, use cases, and test plans to support system development.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage issue tracking through resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience using Microsoft Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Strong data analysis skills to support business decision-making.
• Ability to translate user needs into technical functional specifications.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating project meetings.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to end-users.
