Description

You will own the analysis and documentation for end-to-end private credit project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements by collaborating with private credit stakeholders.
• Analyze and document current and future-state workflows for private debt, direct lending, and structured credit products.
• Create detailed BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Partner with technology teams to implement enhancements across credit platforms and reporting systems.
• Facilitate UAT planning, test case development, and defect tracking.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in Asset Management, Private Credit, Private Equity, or Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of private credit lifecycle including deal origination, underwriting, loan servicing, and portfolio monitoring.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools for financial data validation.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, API integrations, and system interfaces.
• Experience supporting financial systems like loan management platforms or portfolio management tools.
