You bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation within the insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements to create functional specifications and technical use cases.
• Develop business process workflows, current and future state maps, and data models for system and data migration.
• Conduct GAP, Impact, SWOT, Cost-Benefit, and Risk analyses to recommend and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams during design phases to identify functional gaps and provide high-level estimates for timelines and budgets.
• Support the QA function through test design and execution, and create end-user documentation and training materials.

Required Skills

• Experience performing GAP Analysis, Impact Analysis, and SWOT Analysis.
• Proficiency in design and workflow mapping using BPMN.
• Hands-on experience with Clear Quest, Requisite Pro, IBM FileNet, and Maximo.
• Ability to use Balsamiq Mock-up tools for prototyping.
• Knowledge of Scrum, ITIL, and BABOK frameworks.
• Understanding of Web Accessibility standards.
• Experience documenting process and data models for system migrations.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working within the Insurance domain.
