Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, support and improve the reporting used to communicate spend insights to stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of financial reporting
Required Experience
Strong understanding of financial operations, including (in order of importance):
o Financial reporting and analysis
o Budgeting/forecasting
o Accounting - ability to manage/book accruals/reversals/pre-paids/CapEx etc
o Cost allocation
o IT Department Operations/Financials
o Contract management
o Procurement processes
Required Skills (in order of importance)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data modeling, complex formulas, pivoting, automation, scenario analysis)
• Power BI dashboards - building and maintaining
• PeopleSoft financials or similar ERP systems - sourcing/mining data and researching accounting and procurement transactions
• ServiceNow - sourcing/mining data and researching transactions (ITFM, CMDB, APM etc)
