Description

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver banking system requirements and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements by collaborating with Front Office, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams.
• Define and document current and target state system flows, interface field mapping, data lineage, and ETL specifications.
• Facilitate project meetings and track action items to ensure milestone delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within banking operations.
• Collaborate with UAT Coordinators to develop and execute test cases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Deep understanding of commercial banking products, services, and processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to write granular technical specifications for development teams.
• Experience with core banking systems, ACH/Wire payment processing, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong ability to write reports and technical documentation.
• Experience conducting data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal guidance.
