Description

You will bridge business objectives and technical execution for product development within financial services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with market trends and business needs.
• Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories, epics, and features meeting INVEST principles.
• Facilitate backlog grooming and prioritize stories based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Define acceptance criteria and coordinate release planning and deployment activities.
• Conduct demos and gather stakeholder feedback as the primary point of contact for product questions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product ownership or software development within financial services.
• Experience leading technology projects with defined milestones and objectives in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in project management software including Jira, MS Project, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of financial services processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate requirements across business, design, architecture, and development teams.
• Proven track record assessing the impact of requirement changes on project timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
