You will bridge business needs and technical implementation by translating requirements into actionable specifications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize requirements from business and UX stakeholders into technical specifications.
• Write detailed user stories for development teams.
• Support application and tool enhancement projects from a business analysis perspective.
• Communicate technical concepts and requirements clearly to both business and technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using Jira for requirement tracking.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technology requirements.
• Knowledge of financial planning concepts, including goals-based analysis and portfolio construction.
• Understanding of high-level wealth management concepts, such as asset allocation and 401k.
• Experience supporting financial planning platforms.
• Familiarity with technology terminology.
