Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of enterprise requirements to deliver business solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into system and workflow requirements by partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Analyze existing applications and workflows to diagnose functional issues and recommend solutions.
• Support UAT planning, defect triage, and participate in release activities through post-deployment validation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience delivering solutions to complex business challenges in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Cloud and Pega support.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis & Requirements Documentation (BRD/FRD).
• Experience with Data Mapping and Process Modeling.
• Ability to write and validate data using SQL query development.
• Demonstrated experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating across business, development, and QA teams.
