Description

Own financial reporting, spend insights, and budgeting operations to support stakeholder decision-making.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve reporting tools to communicate spend insights accurately.
• Ensure clarity and precision in all financial reports and data analysis.
• Manage accounting tasks including accruals, reversals, pre-paids, and CapEx.
• Oversee cost allocation, contract management, and procurement processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in financial operations and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data modeling, complex formulas, pivoting, automation).
• Power BI dashboard building and maintenance.
• Experience with PeopleSoft financials or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to source and mine data from ServiceNow (ITFM, CMDB, APM).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
