Description

You will define requirements for regulatory and risk management programs within financial services, ensuring compliance with SCCL rules and FR 2590 reporting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sessions with SMEs and stakeholders to gather functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Perform current-state versus regulatory gap analyses against SCCL rules.
• Facilitate workshops and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination.
• Develop governance documentation, including policies, controls, and process flows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• 3+ years focused on regulatory or risk-management programs, specifically with SCCL.
• Expert in requirements elicitation and BA documentation standards (BRDs, functional specs, user stories).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation.
• Experience writing requirements for complex regulatory/technology initiatives.
• Experience building process flows and end-to-end data documentation.
• Knowledge of SCCL requirements and FR 2590 reporting.
• Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Jira or Confluence for delivery tracking.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for compliance dashboards.
