You will bridge the gap between business operations and AI/automation implementation by documenting processes and enabling knowledge-driven solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business processes and workflows by collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Translate complex operational procedures into structured knowledge articles for AI consumption.
• Partner with AI and automation teams to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for process automation.
• Facilitate workshops to capture tribal knowledge and act as the liaison between business and technical teams.
• Maintain version control and implement quality assurance checks for all knowledge assets.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or knowledge management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Copilot, SharePoint, or ServiceNow Knowledge Management.
• Experience ensuring knowledge articles meet metadata and tagging standards for AI training.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and automation platforms like RPA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
