Description

Support the MiTreas legacy conversion project as a senior analyst.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to identify impacted business processes and IT solution integrations.
• Facilitate working sessions and artifact reviews with technical specialists, Enterprise Security, and agency entities to ensure compliance with DTMB standards.
• Write, modify, and maintain system documentation and project management documents.
• Manage change control processes for production system fixes, system designs, and architecture standards.
• Validate test data and results, differentiate between defects and new requirements, and manage defect tracking logs.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Ability to explain complex technical information to both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Experience writing and modifying detailed system documentation.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills for leading independent working sessions.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DTMB standards and compliance.
• Ability to work onsite in Dimondale, Michigan, at least 2 days per week.
• Must be local to the Lansing, MI area within a commutable distance.
