Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify efficiency and automation opportunities
• Create process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow documentation
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and Azure DevOps work items
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams
• Facilitate meetings, requirement sessions, and process workshops
• Support change management including training documentation and user guidance

Required Skills

• Business process analysis and documentation
• Process mapping, workflow diagrams, and swimlane diagrams
• Requirements gathering and user story writing
• Functional testing and UAT experience
• Azure DevOps or similar project management tools
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale application modernization projects
• Microsoft Azure cloud environment experience
• Agile/Scrum or structured SDLC methodology
• Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements
