Requirements

5 to 7 years of experience in IT business analysis and enterprise cloud modernization projects.

Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing backlogs, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria.

Experience with mapping structured technical workflows utilizing advanced process diagramming tools.

Experience in testing modern web application architectures including Angular, REST APIs, and Azure SQL.

Experience with authoring comprehensive functional test scripts and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.

Experience in evaluating process automation solutions and generating data analytics utilizing Power BI.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate cross-functional stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate requirements gathering for the retirement of legacy systems and migration to modern Azure platforms.

Translate complex business needs into actionable technical user stories and work items within Azure DevOps.

Engineer current and future state operational process maps and swimlane diagrams to optimize workflows.

Execute rigorous functional testing across pre-production environments to validate application accuracy.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing sessions and collaborate with software developers to verify defect resolutions.

Act as the primary technical liaison to bridge the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive system documentation and technical training materials to support change management
