Description

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and Azure DevOps work items.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, testers, and product owners.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and execute functional testing.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track defects, validate fixes, and ensure solution quality.
• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams.
• Assist with documentation, training materials, and change management activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience with business process analysis and documentation.
• Ability to create workflow diagrams, process maps, and swimlane diagrams.
• Experience writing user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar work management tools.
• Experience developing test cases and supporting functional testing and UAT.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
