You will bridge the gap between the real estate team and IT to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with real estate stakeholders to define and understand business needs.
• Analyze and document change requests to ensure technical feasibility.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely solutions.
• Develop and optimize system processes to improve workflow efficiency.
• Write Oracle SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a technical support or IT environment.
• Proficiency in writing Oracle SQL queries.
• Strong documentation skills for capturing and communicating requirements.
• Ability to map system workflows and develop new processes.
• Experience working with Oracle and SQL.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the real estate or financial industry.
• Familiarity with Union Pacific infrastructure and processes.
• Experience with various IT systems and technology solutions.
