Description

You will bridge product vision and development execution, owning the backlog and ensuring value delivery in a technical environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define clear user stories with acceptance criteria to maximize value delivery.
• Own and manage the team backlog, prioritizing features based on business needs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to align on product vision and roadmap.
• Participate in PI planning, system demos, and inspect & adapt workshops.
• Support cross-functional teams and serve as the voice of the customer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience working in technical environments with development teams.
• Ability to work with technical architects, business resources, and clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Project Management, Software Engineering, or similar.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in government systems, regulated environments, or enterprise SaaS.
