Description

You will act as a subject matter expert for card issuing and payment lifecycle processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze token resolution methodologies and customer authentication workflows.
• Oversee transaction authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes with card schemes.
• Support billing, statements, disputes, chargebacks, and fraud workflows.
• Execute tasks within an agile environment beyond standard user story writing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis within the payments industry.
• Deep understanding of card issuing, including tokenization and resolution.
• Technical knowledge of transaction authorization, clearing, and settlement.
• Experience with card scheme reconciliation processes.
• Working knowledge of billing, statements, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Hands-on experience configuring issuing applications such as FIS, TSYS, Tieto, HPS, or Vision Plus.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
