Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Oracle Cloud EPM modules in collaboration with finance stakeholders.

Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, and process flows for successful implementation.

Support end-to-end EPM lifecycle including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and validate data accuracy, calculations, and reporting outputs.

Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with financial cycles such as planning and close.

Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external partners to drive system improvements, user adoption, and process optimization.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting finance systems or EPM solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (Planning, FCCS, Reporting) and deep understanding of financial processes such as planning, forecasting, and consolidation.

Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams, with expertise in requirement gathering, UAT coordination, data validation, and stakeholder communication
