Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Cloud EPM modules, translating needs into functional designs and user stories. You will support the end-to-end EPM lifecycle, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. You will develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and validate data accuracy, calculations, and reporting outputs. You will provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with financial planning and close cycles. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and external partners to drive system improvements and process optimization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements for Oracle Cloud EPM in collaboration with finance stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, and process flows for implementation.
• Support end-to-end EPM lifecycle activities including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and validate data accuracy and reporting outputs.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with financial planning and close cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting finance systems or EPM solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (Planning, FCCS, Reporting).
• Deep understanding of financial processes including planning, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, UAT coordination, and data validation.
• Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams through clear communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
