We are seeking a Business Analyst II – Title & Escrow with strong SoftPro expertise to bridge the gap between business and IT. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Title & Escrow operations, gathering business requirements, improving processes, and developing reports using SQL, Power BI/SSRS, and Excel. Experience with UAT, change management, SOX compliance, and cross-functional collaboration is highly preferred
